To get started, we ask that you complete a detailed form about your business and the specific services you're looking for. This helps us understand your unique needs, challenges, and goals and ensures that we fully understand your needs before the consultation and sets the stage for a smooth collaboration.
Once we receive your form submission, we'll review your information and reach out to schedule a consultation. This meeting is an opportunity for us to dive deeper into your requirements, clarify any questions, and discuss how we can best assist you in achieving your goals.
After the consultation, we'll provide you with a tailored service plan that outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. If everything looks good, we’ll proceed to the next step.
Once you're happy with the service plan, the next step is payment. We make it easy by using Stripe for secure, convenient online payments. You can complete your payment using a variety of methods, and once the transaction is confirmed, we’ll begin working on your project.
After payment is received, we’ll create your project in Jira, our project management tool. This is where all tasks, deadlines, and progress are tracked in real-time. You’ll be able to monitor progress while we get to work, ensuring smooth and transparent communication every step of the way.
Once all tasks are completed, we’ll conduct a final review to ensure everything meets your goals. For clients not receiving ongoing monthly virtual assistance, this marks the official completion of the project.
